Abstract

Pendapatan Daerah (PPN) merupakan indikator kunci keberhasilan desentralisasi fiskal dan kemandirian keuangan daerah, dengan sektor pariwisata sebagai kontributor strategis bagi provinsi-provinsi dengan daya tarik wisata tinggi seperti Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah hotel, jumlah wisatawan, dan jumlah restoran terhadap PPN Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data deret waktu tahunan sekunder untuk periode 2015–2024 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Yogyakarta. Analisis dilakukan melalui regresi linier berganda menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), dilengkapi dengan uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa jumlah hotel dan jumlah wisatawan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PPN, sedangkan jumlah restoran memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD dengan nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,919, yang berarti model tersebut mampu menjelaskan 91,9 persen variasi dalam PAD. Semua uji asumsi klasik terpenuhi, sehingga model regresi dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan. Temuan ini memperkuat relevansi Teori Basis Ekonomi, yang menyatakan bahwa wisatawan, sebagai sumber permintaan eksternal (permintaan dasar), merupakan penentu terkuat pendapatan daerah, sementara sektor pendukung seperti hotel memberikan kontribusi signifikan jika pemanfaatan yang memadai dipertahankan. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan kebijakan promosi pariwisata, optimalisasi pengumpulan pajak hotel dan restoran, dan pengembangan basis data pariwisata yang lebih komprehensif untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.
